Management Courses (Nationally Approved)

Leadership: Level 3 (Supervisors and Foremen/Women)

Courses include, but are not limited, to the following:

Health and Safety;Scheduling; Obtaining Resources; Monitoring Engineering Activities; Risk Analysis; Quality Assurance; Manage self and others; Working Relationships; Leading the Work of teams and individuals; Quality Auditing.

Course Duration Approximately one year.

Courses are delivered over 10 one day workshops.

The cost of each course varies as per awarding body requirements. Cost on request. Courses are assessed on the production of a portfolio of evidence that may be electronic or paper based.
